Here is the deal. One house on Douglas Lake that sleeps 10, with a private hot tub and the lake across the street. Your group gets all of it. Nobody else does.

Most group trips fall apart on logistics. Three hotel rooms. Two cars. Nowhere to eat together. Harbor Point Hideaway fixes that with one address: three bedrooms, a loft, a full kitchen and a covered porch built for long dinners.

Grandparents get a king suite on the ground floor with no stairs. Kids get the loft and the bunk beds, which are also downstairs, in the office. Everyone gets the hot tub, the pool table and the lake. Dollywood and Pigeon Forge are about 20 minutes away when you want them.

Eat every meal outside

The covered porch wraps the house and faces the water. Grill. Fire table that lights instantly. Rocking chairs for the slow part of the morning. Dinner is better out here.

A hot tub with no neighbors

Five seats. Under a pergola. Forest all around and no neighbors in view. It is just outside the king suite, so the walk back to bed is short.

Swimming off the lake access on a summer afternoon, calm cove water with the Smoky Mountains on the horizon.

No loading the car. No driving to a ramp. Walk down with the floats and life jackets and get in. Kayaks can be rented from March through Labor Day, subject to availability.
